Our Express Shipping Times are:

United States: 4 - 7 days

Canada: 6 - 10 days

Our Standard Shipping Times are:

United States and Canada: 10 - 20 days

 Europe: 9 - 18 days

 Latin America: 10 - 25 days

 Other countries: 14 - 30 days

 Busy Season: 20-40 Days

Our products will reach you, even if you’re in a distant area! (though keep in mind that it’ll take a bit more time)

  • The delivery dates provided are calculated using an estimation based on the shipment date, and taking the transit time into account.
  • Having an incorrect shipping address, inclement weather, customs procedures, and diverse circumstances that escape our control, may affect the delivery time.
  • Keep in mind that import duties, along with any other fees and applicable taxes are not taken into account in the item’s price, or the shipment charges and are responsibility of the buyer.

CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

 Once the processing of the payment has been completed, the email listed at the checkout will receive a confirmation of the order. As soon as this email has been received, the processing of the order will start.  

EXPECTED PROCESSING TIMES

The time to process the order can be of around 1 – 4 business days, as this includes reviewing, packaging, and dispatching of the order to the postal office. Once these procedures have been completed, you will be provided with the tracking number at your email address. 

  • If your order is placed after 12:00 pm CST on a Friday or during the weekend, its shipment will be processed on the following week. 

PAYMENT OF THE ORDER

All payments are done in USD and at the moment of the purchase. If you pay in your local currency, your bank will manage the conversion from USD to your coin for you.

 SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

 In order to arrive faster, if you make multiple purchases, the items may be sent separately depending on the location of the warehouses, or the availability of the products. This is done in order for the articles to arrive as quickly as possible and, if it were to happen for your order, you will receive more than one tracking number.

 CANCELLATION OR CHANGE REQUESTS FOR ORDERS

 Orders may be cancelled or have quantity, color, sizes or shipping address information updated before 9:00 PM EST. You may contact us 24/7 at support@serremo.com.

 Keep in mind that these updates or cancellations can only be done before 9:00 PM EST, as we process our orders rapidly and once they are processed, we cannot make changes to them.
